  Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they enter production.
• Personalized orders are manually reviewed before fulfillment. Once the design has been approved and production begins, cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be accepted.
• If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
