How long does it take to process my order?
We make every effort to process orders within 24 hours. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping time is typically 3–6 business days after production is completed. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and do not include production time. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Feel free to contact us for more information regarding international shipping availability and pricing.
Will I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Depending on your order’s destination and fulfillment location, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address, we may reship the package once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
We strongly recommend double-checking all shipping details before placing your order.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We recommend checking your tracking information first for the latest updates. If your order is taking significantly longer than expected, please contact our support team for assistance.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and help investigate the issue. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund may be offered.
If tracking shows the package as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before contacting support.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. If approved, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong product, design, color, or item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the incorrect item and your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse, including situations where customers simply change their mind after purchase.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, we may offer exchanges for incorrect sizes depending on product availability. Since all products are made to order, additional shipping or production fees may apply.
To request a size exchange, please contact support with your order number and the replacement size you would like.
We strongly recommend reviewing all size charts and fit recommendations before placing your order.
What items are eligible for returns?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging included. Items must not show signs of washing, damage, or alteration.
What items are non-returnable?
Final sale or clearance items, personalized or custom-made products, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled if fulfillment has not yet started. Once an order has been approved for production or has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled.
